Thank you for shopping with Paw Yes. We’re committed to getting your neon‑bright goodies to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are packed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
During busy periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship Australia‑wide.
Standard Shipping
Flat rate: $15.00
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days, custom orders may experience longer delivery times
Express Shipping
Flat rate: $21.00
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, delays, or peak periods.
International Shipping
If you’d like to ship outside Australia, please contact us at hello@pawyes.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Local Delivery or Pickup
Please contact us if you want to find out where you can do local pick up.
Packaging
We pack all Paw Yes orders with care to ensure your items arrive safely. Some items may be shipped separately depending on size or availability.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the carrier
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Lost or stolen parcels after delivery
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately at hello@pawyes.com.au. We can only update addresses before your order has shipped.
